Magic Duel Bug

It all started when i was fighting with a flame atronach, the atronach was with low blood and on the last hit that i fired the "magic duel" started. But my last hit killed her and even so the duel started. As the Flame Atronach was dead my char got stucked on the duel position, couldnt move at all. Here is what i did: I was with the shout "Become Ethereal" selected and when i pressed Z... boom ... the shout worked, i was in ethereal form, but it created another "me", right in front of the one that was stuck because of the duel bug.

But there is where things got funny, when i selected a Torch, the stuck char also selected a Torch... and when i tried to talk to "he" (my stuck duplicate char) he answerd with the shout "Throw voice" as you can see on this other picture: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/128829

But theres even more... sometimes "he" doesnt answer with the "Throw Voice" shout sounds... sometimes its a regular voice, but i've never heard this voice before on the game (im level 59)... "he" said: "You still want to talk to me after everything you have done?". OMG, i almost crapped on my pants! I know another npc's says that, but hear it from my char, with a voice that i never heard before on the game... i was scared. hahahaha
