AIS 280 - Inside Everspring Grotto

Gersilla: You have to admit, Everspring Grotto has about everything you need in a home.
Caradhwen: And it is close to Whiterun in case you want to go shopping.
Helina: I like how it is in a cave instead of being in a house. Best of all is the spring with a bathing pool.
