Forbidden worship

Chiara at the Shrine of Talos in Markarth...
Since the White-Gold Concordat, from 4e 175, between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion, the worship of Talos was forbidden. Chiara doesn't care. Her descendants all were members of the legendary Blades and they all were Talos worshippers.
