This house house comes with several rooms which contain a lot of storage and displaying room. It also has a lot of collection sections where you can display unique items that you obtain as you play the game and its story lines. Below I will list each room and what each room holds for you.

Skill

This mod comes with a teleport skill that can be used once a day to teleport you inside the house.

Main Hall 1st Floor
The main hall is split into 2 floors. The first floor is the entrance and it comes with the following.

• 4 Mannequins
• 3 Weapon Display Cases
• 2 Dagger Display Cases
• 2 Wardrobes
• A trap door that takes you to the center of the Whiterun Market Place (the well in the center of the Whiterun Market Place can also be used to come back to the manor)

The second floor of the main hall serves as a small display room and has a view of the 1st floor. It comes with the following

Armory 1st Floor

• Displays for all 3 Elder Scrolls
• Deadric Artifact Display Wall: Here you can display all Deadric artifacts (excluding the Skeleton Key)
• Dragon Claw Display Wall: Here you can display all 10 Dragon Claw Keys
• Dragon Priest Masks: Here you can display all Labyrinthian Dragon priests masks including wooden mask.
• Mannequins: The first floor of the armory comes with 20 mannequins for you to display anything you want.
• Weapon Plaques: 7 weapon plaques mounted around the walls
• Shield Plaques: 7 shield plaques mounted on the south wall
• Weapon Racks: 30 weapon racks
• Weapon Display Cases: 16 weapon display cases located in the center of the room.
• Dagger Display Cases: 16 dagger display cases located around the room.
• Circlet Displays: 10 circlet displays located around the room.
• Storage: 6 wardrobes for you to store what ever you want.
  

Armory 2nd Floor
The second floor of the armory is to display items obtained from The College of Winterhold, The Companions, The Dark Brotherhood, and The Thieves Guild quest lines. This, like the title says, serves as the Dragonborn's bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the house and it comes with the following.

This has no use at the moment, but it will be used ones someone releases a mod to move your Hearthfire family to a custom home. This is located in the second floor in the back of the house and it comes with the following
