The road's leading into the Imperial controlled citie's could be lined with crucified victim's, This would I know change the character of the Empire to a very dark one but hey, they have Arene's and there are really good roman and greek armors so why not,. I'd steer clear of anything too religeouse though as that may inflame some people, but then We who played morrowind are all the Nereverine so hey what the heck, I would like to see a total conversion to a Fantasy colder Mediteranean world with greek style, persian style, Egyptian style and an all over whelming Roman Imperium with Germanic and Gaulish (CELT's) uprising's to replace the Stormcloak's and the wildmen. Great image it has sparked a lot of thought. Oh and some Zenetan pirate's and Carthaginian soldier's would be cool, The carthaginian general hannibal lost the punic war because instead of crushing rome he wanted it intact and retreated to a swampy area, his me caught maleria and the romans then defeated the weakend army, Carthage which was even more splendid than rome was leveled to the ground in tunisisa and they salted the earth so no crops would grow as they did at sparta also, The carthaginian's used a type of elephent now extinct the north african elefent as a trained battle charger and mobile fortress much like the indian army's.
