Daedric Corruption

Some time ago, Selina met a girl named Genevieve during one of her adventures. When they first met they were in danger of getting killed. However, Selina and Genevieve are both no ordinary humans. Their combined superior magical prowess made them able to survive and it was then that Selina learned they may yet be another like her; gifted with an overflowing pool of magicka and powers beyond the dreams of many.
What she did not know was that Genevieve wasn't human at all.
Genevieve was a Daedra in a human shell. Able to transform any creature she takes into an image of her own choosing. However, such power needs a lot of energy.
When the two grew closer they started having feelings for eachother. Their relationship was destroyed by their own love soon after. As they kissed their energies collided, mingled... But Selina's energy was calm and pure whereas the Daedric energy volatile and dark.
It tried to infect her soul as it crept through her magicka, of which she had so many. Selina had to flee, cursing whatever just took hold of her. She was not defeated though. She had to contain the energy that had infected her and she could not meet with Genevieve again. The energy corrupted her face where it was kept at bay and would often mess with her mind, making Selina go crazy for short periods of time. Much like a Daedra from the realm of Madness.
