Everything thats been reported has been fixed and navmesh has been updated in line with the latest patch. NPCs now move about as they should, fish are gone ,swimming bug fixed.
Any remaining bugs are game related and out of my control

There are now two versions one still with female fantasy art , the other with fantasy art but dragons & landscapes.
All reported bugs have been fixed.
Also have added new ck location for the lodge and the bard will take requests for few hours in the early evening, lots more was done but mostly to smooth out gameplay.
***FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE GRASS ISSUE A FIX HAS BEEN FOUND
Open in your documents folder Skyrim.ini AND SkyrimPrefs.ini and in the [grass] section
add the following
bAllowLoadGrass=0
bAllowCreateGrass=1

Autumn Lodge is a medium sized Lodge just outside Iverstead features Weapons Room, Guest rooms, Alchemy Room, lots of safe storage,
Kitchen & staff rooms. Pet Sabrecat.
Bath and private bath all nicely furnished and includes your own personal maid, stables worker and Bard.
All 3 can be companions and can be married. Note they are all high level.
Nice view from balcony, nice gardens, 2 Horses, Outdoor workshop with all cons Forge, tanning racks etc
Mannequins are Imperial Race so if you use a body mod they will be naked.
After much trouble the exterior and interiors are all fully navmeshed and companion friendly
Fantasy art has no actual nudity
Note some high level items around the place if you dont like that dont pick them up.
The NPCs are all high level if you dont like that dont get them to follow you.
This mod is only reasonably lore friendly so Lore Complainers stay away. Negative lore comments will be reported
Anyone who has used my mods before know they are very detailed and need a good pc to run them.
