Well why don't you just ask them? :P
Description:
This adds a dialogue option to followers that enables you to see their skills.
No more accessing the console and using getAV command :P
UPDATE: Had to redo AskFollowerSkills in v1.4 since there are so many changes so its taking me quite a long time to get the alignments right. I've decided to release the font support individually for the time being until I complete them all and then I'll also upload a complete package to replace the seperate ones :)
This mod is included in Big Dialogue Overhaul
Note 1: Spacing/Formatting may vary with other fonts.
Note 2: Some words may be shortened to fit the alignement.
Note 3: Please Let me know If I may have missed some followers, Thanks. :)
Note 4: FONTS NOT INCLUDED in package, see the recommendations below.
Note 5: I'll try to release versions for other fonts in the recommendations below :)

- Click the 'Download with manager' button on top of the file.
- Ask Follower Skills will appear in in NMM's Mods list once it's downloaded. Double-click to activate it.
- Select the font you are currently using.
- If Fhaarkas' Fertigo Pro font selected, Select a fontconfig for it.
- Done
2.) Manual Download with NMM
- Run NMM and click on 'Mods'.
- Click on 'Add Mod From File' and select the downloaded archive file.
- Ask Follower Skills will appear in in NMM's Mods list once it's downloaded. Double-click to activate it.
- Select the font you are currently using.
- If Fhaarkas' Fertigo Pro font selected, Select a fontconfig for it.
- Done
3.) Manual Installation without NMM
- Extract the contents to a temporary location.
- Locate your Skyrim data folder. Typically it's found at 'Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data/'.
- Copy/Cut "AskFollowerSkill.esp" to the data folder.
- Select the Font you are using and Copy/Cut the "Scripts" folder to the data folder.
- If going to use Fhaarkas' Fertigo Pro font, select a fontconfig type from the fontconfigs folder and copy/cut the "Interface" folder to the data folder.
- Done
*Note on Fhaarkas Fertigo Pro font support
- You need to install "Fhaarkas Font Replacement" first from the link in the recommendations below.

- Should be compatible with created followers
- Dialogue option will not appear during rehire to created hirelings
