The lights around Whiterun have incorrect settings which cause them to appear to "pop in". This fixes that. Lights in Solitude now included, as well.

I never noticed this until FleischHals pointed it out and uploaded a video. Once I'd seen the video, I had no choice but to try and fix it. And fix it I did.


COMPATIBILITY/PERFORMANCE:

I don't get to say this often, but:

I personally guarantee that this mod is 100% compatible with every other mod, and that it carries 0 performance cost. So, only good things happen when you install this mod.

AS WITH ANY ESP/ESM, you should load this file last in your load order (only so your other mods' ESPs aren't moved around), and then LEAVE IT ALONE to avoid any problems with existing savegames.

HOW IT WORKS:

Modifies WRLightFire01 and WRLightFireStreet01 base objects, so that their flicker/pulse animation loops aren't jacked up. Basically, I made them more like default torches in that respect... but with a little less movement. Nothing else was touched.

This brings these lights in line with all the other lights in Skyrim. If this still isn't good enough for some crazy reason, then you can tweak your Skyrim.ini settings to push back the distance at which the flicker/pulse animation loops begin for all lights (thanks for mentioning it, hlvrn).

I accidentally added a mannequin to Riverwood's Inn in the vanilla color version. Sorry about that. And, yes, it is an odd kind of mistake to make. 1.11 does not have this mannequin in it, however it may still appear in your game if you've been to the Inn and saved afterwards. Don't panic, just use the console command markfordelete to remove it (or just leave it there if you don't care).
