Removed the gloss effect texture on enchanted weapons entirely.

Just a person preference. I know my sword will set bandits on fire, I don't need it to glow to remind me of that.
-NOTE-
This just removes the texture from the enchantment effect. The coulor shader will persists if it is used on that particular weapon.
For a really well done replacer (in contrast to this remover.) check out Enchantment Effect Replacer, by Myopic!
