New file in optional part changes various NPC appearances using 3 seperate races including turndown x, ashen, and lunari. YOU WILL NEED Creation kit to actually use that mod since I changed around 20 to 21 npc around 7 ashen 7 lunar and 7 turndown thus I can't possibly remember or find (okay I'm being lazy) all the facegendata and include it.

First you will need apachii hair and the apachi females hair extra hair types pack (this is extra you need this or else CTD)

next you need to get lunari race, turndown race, enhanced character edit, ashen race. install them and convert their esps into esms. (seren has provided an esm on ashen hd page, turndownx race always was an esm). so that leaves lunari esp and enhanced char edit esp. once you switch on the esms you need to switch off the same esps. conversion to esm can be done using fallout mod manager.

Okay last step open Creation kit and load the 1to20 npc.esp under actors find aaturndownrace, lunari race and oraeze race in each section there should be around 7 actor/npcs select them and press ctrl + F4 to export their facegendata. Do it for all 20 npcs :D.

I created this mainly for personal use it was originally used with another esp for NPC 20 to 40 but that one I can't release here on nexus. This being the case the selection of npcs can be a bit random. I really can't provide support for this and I know its requirements are ridiculous but I just don't have the time right now.

Issues: I forgot to add voice to saadia. The quest still works fine. I just got rid of her lol.

neck gap: open console setnpcweight 50 or 100 or whatever makes the gap close. SAVE game. exit to desktop. Load game.

The all in one pack is labelled 0.07 in the screenshots. Older version 0.06 looks are in optional files (they're still individual replacers).

Iona is 1 handed weapon style ie sword and shield.
Lydia 2 handed
Windhelm replacer uses a lightning wand and swords.
Jordis is dual weapons.

You'll need this to make the eye brow same color as hair. (Only an issue for the windhelm replacer)

Essential.
voice younger
Changed to female stance.
The windhelm housecarl had a gender change.
Shorter and skinnier.
Levels with you to max.

Individual versions.
Iona 0.05 0.06 fights with dragon shouts (giant fireballs of all killing doom) and sword.

****If you use npc editor and have bsa files lying around in data folder for the same character you're trying to replace then you will need to delete those bsa files. they cause dark face bug****

1) Mod manager

Or
Drop in skyrim directory
Backup Backup Backup your facegen folders in texture and meshes

Uninstall: Reverse what you just did.
