What I tried to do with this mod is:
-Create a warmer place to quest and visit
-A lore friendly area to simply roam and appreciate the beauty thereof
-Add an entirely new level of immersion and replayability, finding new items and details around every corner
-Add night time lights to help adventurers wander with comfort and ease
-Present the community with a worth-while download that can be shared and enjoyed at every start-up

You can simply extract the file to your steamapps/common/skyrim/data folder
and MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX NEXT TO THE MOD WHEN YOU START THE GAME
and MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX NEXT TO THE MOD WHEN YOU START THE GAME
You can also click the ginormous green button "download with manager" and the nexus mod manager will automagically place the file in the proper location
if you do not already have nexus mod manager, you can download it here (it can be a pain to find it):http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/content/modmanager/

To uninstall (through NMM) just click the uninstall button located left of all the mods in your mod load list, or you can manually delete the file which will be located in your skyrim data folder.
On another note, huge thanks to everybody that helped guide me along the way and gave me wonderful ideas and inspired me to push on, I couldn't have done it without you; with that being said I hope you all enjoy the mod
