THIS MOD NO LONGER REQUIRES SKSE!

However, users of SKSE version 1.7.0 or later will enjoy a BRAND NEW FEATURE of 1.4, namely universal compatibility with any and all mods that make changes to the skill trees.

Featured in insane0hflex in his Skyrim Mod Showcase!

It adds a new potion, "Draught of Fate Unwound," to apothecaries' inventories via leveled lists (so it should show up on any of them). If you're having bad luck finding it in stock, Elgrim in Riften is guaranteed to have a few available.

The potion removes the perks you've bought as you've leveled up and refunds you the appropriate number of perk points. When you drink the potion, a message will inform you that the process has begun. A second message will inform you when the process is complete. Do not try to use the skills menu until you receive the second message.

If you are NOT running SKSE version 1.7.0 or later, it will NEITHER remove NOR refund perks from other mods unless the author has patched their mod to work with mine. It only applies to the 251 vanilla perks by default.

INFORMATION FOR MODDERS
==============================

The following is mostly deprecated due to universal compatibility, but as that only applies to users who are running SKSE version 1.7.0 or later, I'm leaving it here.

If you are authoring a mod that adds perks to the skill trees, it is very easy to ensure that my mod's functionality is extended to your new perks! All you need do is create a "patch" .esp with your mod and my mod as masters that uses a script to add your perks to the FormList "ishBuyablePerks." Do not edit the FormList directly, as then only the last-loaded patch will be considered, should the user be using multiple mods that add perks. Adding your perks to the FormList at runtime, however, will ensure compatibility with other mods.
