Resource file (Nif model) for a fully functional player-usable vampire coffin (sleep like a bed) as well as support for NPC use as well (they lie on it like a vampire, not a regular bed)

Directions:

Extract the nif file, and place it into any folder of your choice inside Data/Meshes. you will need to pack this nif with your mod when you release it, so put it somewhere you can find it.


In the CK:

The easiest way to get this thing working is to search for Coffin in Furniture in the object window. find the object called VampireCoffin01

duplicate it and name your coffin. (leave the original one intact, do not edit it or else the vampire quest in Morthal may be affected negatively)

DONT FORGET to give your coffin a visible name, not just the editor ID

double click your new coffin to open the edit window.

under Model click Edit, and select the nif file from the folder you put it in.

drag and drop your coffin into the render window.
