Adds lights to the Braziers in Dragonreach

Permissions and credits
*******IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING v1.1**********************************
v1.1 Requires RCRN to be installed or Skyrim will crash on startup. The only difference between v1.1 and v1.0 is that v1.1 has been made dependent upon RCRN, so as to make it 100% compatible with RCRN, and thereby eliminating any potential conflicts. For those who wish to try my mod without RCRN, I intend on leaving v1.0 up as an alternative.

*******IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING LOAD ORDER***********************
Until I've confirmed otherwise, It's probably still a good idea to load RCRN after _Volrath_ Dragonreach Brazier fix. Though with v1.1 of _Volrath_ Dragonreach Brazier fix, it appears to work fine regardless of whether it's loaded before or after RCRN

Description
----------------
Bethesda never added lights to the braziers in Dragonreach. So with the RCRN mod I found those braziers to stand out like a sore thumb, and after awhile I decided to do something about it, so I created this mod (Adds lights to them). Since I made it to compliment the RCRN Pure preset from RCRN, this mod would be best suited to those using RCRN Pure.

Credits/Thanks
--------------
- Bethesda for releasing the CK, which allowed me to make this mod :)
- aLaaa for informing me of what I needed to do to make my mod 100% compatible with RCRN, and thereby eliminating any potential conflicts.
- Pandorax357 for his relatively thorough testing of the mod.

Thanks for the wonderful support, I really appreciate it.
