Winter Lodge is a small player home abode located on a snow topped island to the North of Dawnstar, Skyrim. The cottage has a cosy, seasonal feel to it, and also includes all the crafting stations you need. You will also find suitable storage for the player to store their items. The Lodge is follower friendly, meanings that all your followers are able to enter the house with you.

Winter lodge contains custom music, lighting, retextures and weather. The overall plan of the mod was to make it very cosy, warming and seasonal, and these features help to enhance that concept.

Winter Lodge is acessable via a rowboat in Dawnstar. This boat has a map marker which will already be displayed as "discovered" the first time you use this mod, so that you can fast travel to it. When you use the boat, you will fins yourself at Winter Lodge.

Download the mod with Nexus mod manager, or download manually:

1) Download the Main File .rar file.

2)Extract all contents to your Skyrim Data folder

Make sure that "WinterLodge.esp" is checked under Data Files in Skyrim Launcher before you play!

To update from a previous version to a current version follow these steps:

1) Make sure you take ALL items that you own out of the lodge (Take all of your things from the Weapon Racks, Chests and Mannequins)

2) Go somewhere else in the Skyrim World (E.g. Whiterun, for example)

3) Delete all Winter Lodge files from the previous version and replace with the new files

4) Make sure you have set the mod as "Active" Under Data Files in the Launcher.

5) You should receive a note from a courier which will begin the quest.
