A small one-bedroom cottage ("Ivy Cottage") in Riverwood
Location:
In Riverwood village on the main road, at the opposite end to where you enter for the first time
Cost:
Free
Fast Travel:
No, just travel to Riverwood
Basic Mod Features:
* Unique four-poster bed + bedroll for companion
* Fireplace with cooking facilities
* Alchemy and enchanting facilities
* Food on table (respawning)
* Labelled safe storage and a bookshelf container
* Navmeshed (of course!)
Bonus Mod Features:
* Working (if somewhat leaky) kitchen tap
* Bath
* Pretty deck-garden
