Real Running v1
This mod adds a small stamina drain to the PC while he or she is running. A character with 100 stamina should be able to run about 50 seconds before running out of stamina.
Milk-Drinkers' Version
So far, this mod does not present any penalties for having low or zero stamina. In fact, you can keep on running even when your stamina has been depleted. However, you will not be very effective against any foes you run into since your stamina determines a lot in combat, especially if you use combat mods.
Updates
I am working on a more hardcore version that causes you to slow down to a walk when your stamina reaches zero.
Installation
Put the .esp in your Data folder.
Conflicts
This mod alters the ten playable races, so it will conflict with any other mod that does the same. Load at the bottom of your load order.
