most of the tattoos i have seen on the nexus have been wrong for the time (way to much detail) ppl in skyrim dont have tattoo guns they would have used blades and ink. thats y none of mine r very high detailed pictures.

just install in your actor texture folder and overwrite. also im looking for some good armor to show off the tattoos pls put links in comments. it works for both UNP and CBBE.

Now with new CBBE texture so the nips line up now.

if your dont have a custom race that uses its own textures this texture will be on all female npcs aswell as you. if u want a custom race i sugess temptress because it is what i use and it was the temptress race texture that modded from. the only reason i say that is the neck and foot seams will mesh well.

if using standard race the folder is in:
c:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data/textures/actors/character/female


if using Temptress Race it is UNP body:(if u want to use CBBE u have to Manuly change the meshes the NMM installer will not do it for you. to do that go to the Temptress race mod and look at the CBBEV3 install guide.
