Yes this is in fact a mod of a mod of a mod, but due to high demand, myself included, i have decided to adapt Spewed's original mod ApachiiSkyHair NPC Overhaul to apply changes to females only
No more General Tullius with waist length hair (how does he keep it so lush? Restoration magic?)
Requirements:
Apachii's ApachiiSkyHair is necessary or the women of Skyrim will shave their heads in revolt

Known issues:
As with the original ApachiiSkyHair NPC Overhaul and any mods that alter characters facial appearance, face discoloration MAY occur, if thats the case it would be necessary to perform a "face gen data" extract from Skyrim's creation kit to solve the problem
