Here is my Second Mod. Something flavorable for October.
I did try to make a quest for this, but my NPCs aren't responding correctly, so I disabled it.
But You can still check it out if you get bored.
Just go into the Windmill at the Farm outside of Whiterun.
The Recipe for this Helmet is in one of the screen shots.

V3 Update!
Pumpkins are now safe for Argonians and Khajiit
Also the Deluxe version has been updated for the male helm. It looks similar to the Khajiits, but fits human.
Hope you enjoy it.
