In the college of winterhold's library is a book that lets you mine using magic.
Manual installation
Extract the esp and drop it in the Skyrim data folder.
NMM installation
Download it to the manager and check the box next to it.
Incompatible mods, these mods modify the Mine tool formlist.
Midas magic. because of the summon pick axe.
- GELO - Grimys Enchanted Loot Overhaul. it's the Arcane Prospector enchantment.
Load order
Place Magically mine below midas magic and/or GELO base files. it will make the summon pick axe in midas not mine. the enchantment in GELO won't mine, but it's the same thing as this mod, so it's no real lose.
