Changes Pelt -> Leather item weight to a more reasonable value

This little mod will just fix Leather weight from 2 to 1 fixing some inconsistencies in the original game.
Why this? Because vanilla game uses unreasonable weights for crafted Pelts, e.g.:
Wolf Pelt w:1 -> Leather w:2, new total inventory w:2 (!?)
Sabre Cat Pelt w:2 -> x4 Leather w:2, new total inventory w:8 (!?)
Bear Pelt w:3 -> x4 Leather w:2, new total inventory w:8 (!?)
...
this means that from a Bear pelt weighting 3 you can craft 4 raw leather patches with a total weight much bigger than the source Bear pelt (3->8??)!
To me this is wrong and nonsense even if you consider it can be chemically treated is still against all physics laws ;) and that's why I've made this mod.
I've noticed this issue in the vanilla game when I was close to my max carry weight, then I crafted some Pelts and found out I was instantly carrying too much slowing down my movements!
