When you attack a skeever with fire (enchanted weapon, spell, shout) there is a strong likelihood that you will get a Charred Skeever Hide from it when it dies.

So, I was killing skeevers by shouting Fire Breath at them the other day and got to thinking that I would expect to get a charred hide in addition to a tail. So, I wrote this very quick, very small mod to make it so.
Almost all skeevers will have a 4 out of 5 chance of having a charred hide on their body after death if, at least once during the combat, they have been hit by Fire Breath, a Fire based spell or a weapon with a Fire based enchantment.
Installation: Download with Nexus Mod Manager and enable the mod or manually decompress the mod archive into your Skyrim\data directory and enable "Char Your Own Skeevers.esp"
