About this mod

A colourful ENB for RLO and CoT containing SSAO, Skylighting, DoF... !outdated!

Permissions and credits
CWO-ENB

Since the nessecary enb main files are no more available, I don´t recommend this, eccept you know how to adapt it to the new ENB version. I´ll not update it, cause I´m using K ENB at the moment and like it!

This is a colourful ENB, with, in my opinion, realistic shadows and a realistic nordic sky.
It provides a very Cinematc look, made by the letterbox effect.
I think the images speak for themselves.
Torches or wearable lanterns are helpful but not nessecary.

Dragonborn compatible! But Nights on Solstheim are brighter than in Skyrim, this is because there is no CoT patch for Dragonborn.

It´s based on the Project MATSO ENB

Installation
To get it work, you first need the ENB files version 0.149 by Boris Vorontsov.
First install the files from the WrapperVersion folder into your game folder where your TESV.exe is located. Do NOT install them into the data folder!

Essential Mods: Climates of Tamriel: choose only your night level (I recommend lvl 1 or 2) leave the other opions.

Realistic Lighting Overhaul: choose customize, and install only the RLO main file (without Enhanced lights and FX) and the Particle Patch. Don´t install the weather files.

Recommended Mods:
I recommend to use these weather mods too, but if you use other mods or don´t want them, just don´t take them. In the load order simply skip the files from these mods.

Expanded Snow Systems Cot Version

Lightning during Thunderstorm choose the 20_2 MCM Beta vesion

Lighting during Thunderstorm CoT patch choose the non-loose files

Real Rain choose the RealRainCoT5_0 version.

Revamped Exterior Fog

Wet and Cold

This ENB is compatible with Enhanced lights and FX but I didn´t test it.
You don´t need "Remove Abient Interior fog" anymore, something simillar is included in RLO.

Load order

After installing the essential mods and the ptional mods you want, manage your load order.

With all optional mods it should be like that:
If you don´t use some of the optional mods simply skip their files.

1:Climates of Tamriel.esm (directly after skyrim main file and your DlCs)
2:All your other mods
3:ExpandedSnowSystem-CoT.esp
4:MintyLightningMod.esp
5:MintyLightningMod_COT_Patch.esp
6:WetandCold.esp
7:realrainCoT.esp
3:Unofficial Patches (if you use them)
4:Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Illuminated Spells.esp
5:Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Dungeons.esp
6:Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Minor Cities & Towns Interiors.esp
7:Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Major City Interiors.esp
8:ClimatesOfTamriel - VannillaNights-Lvl_1.esp (or Lvl-2)
9:ClimatesOfTamriel - Dawnguard Patch.esp
10:RevampedExteriorFog.esp

After installing and ordering these mods, extract all files from my ENB to your game direction and overwrite the original ENBfiles and the sun.dds and sunglare.dds from CoT.

If you follow these instructions, you will have a very epic Skyrim experience ;-)

Tweaking:
Go to your SkyrimPrefs.ini (Documents/MyGames/Skyrim) and set:
bTreesRecieveShadows=0
bDrawLandShadows=1
bFloatPointRenderTarget=1

If your nights are to dark, take an higher night level of Cot.
If you don´t like the Letterbox effect, open the enbeffect.fx file coming with the enb and place "//" in front of "#define USE_LETTERBOX_EFFECT" (all without the ")

Known Issues: sometimes it uses day setting for night time. so your nights will look brighter than normal. How to fix: simply wait an hour.

Other recommended Mods:
Amidianborn series
Texture Pack Combiner
Glorious Environments
Better Forests and Environments
lush trees
Lush Grass

Great Thaks to Bethesda for the best game I´ve ever played, to Boris Vorontsov for creating the awesome ENBseries and to all Modders on the Nexus, for creating such epic pieces of work.
