Small workaround for "First Person Horse Riding - Version 7" by Dan Caldwell
Works with Patch 1.6+( since Mounted Combat ;-) ) tested with 1.8
It's not perfect, but it works.
for best result use First Person Riding, but you won't see your rider while riding horses - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10122 (scripted Version)
How to install - thanks to Lopsidefu
-------------------------
1. Install First person horse mod v7 (scripted)
2. Download first person workaround mod on this page
3. Open the workaround version, open the .txt file and copy the two lines of code [Camera] and the other one.
4. Paste those two lines of code at the bottom of skyrim.ini located in Documents>MyGames>Skyrim
5. Ensure you have pasted it in skyrim.ini NOT Skyrimprefs.ini
6. Enjoy.
Known Issues/ Bugs
--------------------
- several camera bugs - it's not perfect, but i,'m still testing ;)
- sometimes the camera goes back to "sheath-riding" position, then sheath and unsheath
Compatibility
-------------------
- no problems with "Convenient Horses" with Version B, Version A could be buggy e.g. if you usefast dismounting, your character will be invisible.
