Made a New lev 60 perk \"Expert Enchanter\"(Extra Effect). who make you able to put two enchantments on the same item must have expert enchanter perk OR you Can put Five enchantments on the same item. * Remove other mods who alter enchanting or the Enchanting Perktree (Fleksible perktree IS Compatible)
* This mod does not work with custom made enchantments or with other mods that alter the Enchanting Perk-tree
