Fixes the Blizzard Spell so it isn't affected by player resistances or Augmented Frost perks. The damage it deals should also be a bit more consistent.

Fixes the Blizzard Spell so it isn't affected by player resistances and so the increased damage from the Augment Frost perks will be calculated correctly. The damage it deals should also be a bit more consistent.
FAQ:
Q: Blizzard still isn't working! This mod sucks!
A: That's not a question - but Blizzard only affects NPCs which are hostile to the player. This mod doesn't change that.
Installation:
Place the contents of the archive in your Skyrim/Data directory. Works with Nexus Mod Manager.
