A small/medium-sized house that aims to include everything you need in a compact and easily accessible way.
The entrance to the house is through a hatch that can be found behind Breezehome.
The Alternate Entrance can be found a short distance away from the walls of Whiterun, see the third screenshot for details.

Installation, Uninstallation & Updating
Download with NMM or manually put the .esp in your Skyrim Data folder.
To uninstall, remove the .esp from the Data folder.

IMPORTANT!
Keep in mind that when removing or updating the mod, everything you've put in there will disappear,
including everything in chests, on the mannequins and the weapon plaques, EVERYTHING!

Screenshots and video was taken with Cinematic Lighting ENB v11.4 by HeliosDoubleSix.
It doesn't drastically change the look of the game but it adds a nice touch when taking pictures for showcasing.



• A shrine
• Alchemy Lab & Arcane Enchanter
• Tanning Rack and Wood Chopping Block
• 3 bookcases that can take up to 18 books each
• Armory with 4 mannequins and 6 weapon plaques
• Forge, including a Workbench, Grindstone and a Smelter





I do not plan to build any more on this, this will be a list of bug fixes and similar things.

1.0 - Initial release
- There is now a separate file that changes the location of the house if you don't like the original location. The Alternate Entrance can be found a short distance away from the walls of Whiterun, see the third screenshot for details!

1.1 - Small update that adds drawers to the alchemy area (the table itself) and a little strongbox at the enchanting area for storage.

1.11 - Fixed a bug that made followers not able to enter the house.

1.12 - Added optional downloads for brighter lighting. There is a comparison image in the image section.


The only thing I've noticed is that the safes don't make any sound when you open/close them. If anyone knows why, please let me know. Besides that, it could possibly be incompatible with mods that changes Whiterun (at least in the Breezehome area). Please post a comment if you come across any bugs/errors. If you have any Whiterun-changing mods, it would probably be best to put this mod after that one in the load order.


This house is nothing extraordinary, but I put time and effort into every detail to make it as good and cosy as possible, and I'm pleased with the result. I'm still pretty fresh with the Creation Kit so this project mainly served as training, and I've learned a couple of useful things that I will surely use and expand upon in future mods.

I have plans for a new house that will be bigger, better and generally more awesome with additional features and possibly even a minor quest related to it, so if you like this, keep an eye out for that. This is my first mod upload, so please tell me if I have missed something.
