About this mod

Adds some new cool spells which give you a certain feeling of power. These spells will evolve in time and each levels adds an improvement or a new feature to the spell.

This is a BETA version, so if you find some bug/gliche, please, tell me how it come out.
I need some feedback about balancing, spell cost/magnitude, correction (I'm not english) and other pertinent comments.
Good ideas of new spell or stages, spell tome acquisition, etc. are really welcome.

Description

I don't like the way that a spell become obsolete because you learn the same with increased magnitude (ex. Firebolt Incinerate).
But, I love the way that a spell become more useful and/or powerful by force of habit.
This mod add some new spells which evolve in time. Each time you use a spell it will gain experience and levels. Each levels add an improvement or a new feature to the spell.
I want to create spells that looks good and give you a certain feeling of power.

Spells

Ice Tomb : Destruction 75
Summons 4 spears of ice that impale the target and does frost damage to Health and Stamina.

Stage 0: Ice Tomb
Stage 1: Double projectiles, total of 8 spears.
Stage 2: Cold Explosion, have a chance to trigger a cold explosion that freezes all enemies in the area for 4s.

Living Bomb : Destruction 75
The target becomes a Living Bomb, taking fire damage per second over time. When this effect ends, or the target dies, it explodes to deal the same total amount fire damage to the target and all enemies in the area.

Stage 0: Living Bomb
Stage 1: Double DoT Damage.
Stage 2: Double Explosion Radius.
Stage 3: Spreading, have a chance to cast Living Bomb on enemies in the explosion area.

Plasma Coil : Destruction 50
A plasma coil that does shock damage to Health and half that to Magicka.

Stage 0: Plasma Coil
Stage 1: Chain Lightning, when hit a enemie cast a chain lightning to all nearby enemies.
Stage 2: Chain Lightning Double Range.

Shadowstep : Illusion 50
Step through the shadows and appear behind the target.

Stage 0: Shadowstep
Stage 1: Higher Range, cast the spell to a longer distance.
Stage 2: Invisibility, if you're not in combat and not detected by the target you become invisible for 2s.

Song of Mara : Restoration 50
Heals the caster.

Stage 0: Song of Mara
Stage 1: Heal Over Time, apply a HoT to the caster.
Stage 2: Oak Flesh, cast Oak Flesh spell on the caster for 5s.
Stage 3: Magicka Regen, if the caster is full life, apply a magicka regen instead of healing effect.

Karlitos Sphere : Destruction 75 (my deadly signature spell)
Summons a solar sphere above the caster which strikes enemies in an area with sun beams, causing fire damage.

Stage 0: Karlitos Sphere
Stage 1: Double duration.
Stage 2: Double Radius.
Stage 3: Higher Beam Frequency.
Stage 4: Inferno, apply a wall of flame effect to the sun beams.

Spell Tomes

At the moment, you can only buy the tomes from spell merchants (College and Court Wizards).

If you want to test these spells type "help Karlitos" in the console.

- Add spells
- Add stages to existing spells

Installation

Dawnguard DLC is REQUIRED.

Just download and copy to the data folder.

You should set the Relev tag on KarlitosSpells.esp in Wrye Bash.
