Adds differents NPC's to the game who ride horses across Skyrim.

After Update 1.2 there is now 14 new NPC's with their horse in the world of Skyrim !
-3 Merchants
-5 Followers
-2 Vigilants of Stendarr
-2 Thalmor
-2 Travelers

UPDATE 1.2:
-Merchants and their horses are essentials, followers stay protected, others NPC's respawn.
-Adding 1 merchant (misc items) on horse travelling between Falkreath and Solitude.
-Adding 2 Vigilants of Stendarr on horse patrolling between Hall of the Vigilant and Riften.
-Adding 2 Thalmor on horse patrolling between Thalmor Ambassy and near Whiterun.
-Adding 2 Travelers.
-Fix Belethor shop name.
-Fix Ragru Sharbag itinerary, (now he move)
-Removing marriables followers for prevent a bug signaled during marriage. (a horse as witness ^_^ )
-Removing guard on horse around Whiterun.
-Mercenaries became followers.
-Cleaned with TES5EDIT.

First i have to say that english isn't my native language so sorry for mistakes and others "bêtises".:P
[size=25]WARNING[/size]This mod is work in PROGRESS and i'm quite beginner (my first mod indeed) but it never break your save, it's a LITTLE MOD without script or heavy content.
[size=10]Why this mod?[/size]
So i play Skyrim... and day after day i'm wondering: WHY THE HELL WE ARE IN A MEDIEVAL GAME AND WE HAVE JUST 2,3 LOST GUYS ON A HORSE IN AN ENTIRE REGION ? It breaking so much immersion for me that i wanted every time to find a mod which fix my disappointment, but i never found it. And i'm pretty sure you have the same thoughts in your mind if you like immersion like me !

This mod adds NPC's and horses which are interconnected and never separate. They travel across Skyrim. The horse always follow his master even if he's not ride him.
-The NPC's are either protected (it mean that ONLY the player can kill them), either respawn, either essential (merchants)
-There is followers, merchants, travelers, Thalmor and Vigilants of Stendarr for the time being.
-All NPC's followers leveled up with the player up to the level 30.
-They have weapon, spells (racial abilities) and potions.

The project is to add even more to create an immersive game combining existing mods as SkyTest or ImmersivePatrols.
I think 25 ou 30 NPC's (all with horses) in final version should be correct for maintain a balance with the vanilla game and other mods.

-Just active it with Nexus Mod Manager or copy NPCsOnHorses.esp into the data folder of your skyrim installation.
-To update, first dismiss all followers you possibly take from the mod, then uninstall old version, install new with NMM or overwrite esp, no matter.

-Adding different patrols with horses across Skyrim and more actions from NPC's.
-Adding couriers.
-Adding enemies.
