Adds in a Nebula that looks as though it has a Dragon in it to the night sky. Replaces the Galaxy texture.
For those who are having a hard time seeing it, the dragon itself is supposed to be inside the nebula. It's essentially black clouds that appear (at least to me) to form a Dragon.
