Glowing Arrows different colors according to rarity.

This mod is based on the work of planeet_een and his Glowing Arrow mod. (His work is not going to continue on his project sadly)
Glow Effect on all arrow types so their trajectory is actually visible. There's a 'trail' effect on the original models to improve in-flight visibility. Makes arrows easier to find after shooting.
Glow colors differ between grades of arrows. Bottom tier, medium tier,higher end and elite (deadric and nord hero)
Extract in Skyrim install dir. To uninstall, remove the arrow meshes.
