I made this mod for my own personal use, but thought I might as well share it with anyone who wants it. This mod adds a perk to the Two Handed skill tree which adds a faster swing speed to all 2 handed weapons (swords, axes, and staves). The skill requirement is only 30 but I never liked how slow and unwieldy 2 handers felt in vanilla anyhow, so it unlocks fairly early. Now all I have to do is wait for a mod that lets you cast magic while holding a 2 handed weapon.
You can choose between a 30% speed increase, and a 40% speed increase. The 40% is just as fast as a one handed weapon, while the 30% feels like a more appropriate / balanced speed compared to vanilla (but still to slow for me realistically, which is why I use 40 )
