Bethesda finally got around to fixing this bug themselves ;)
As there's no script, I believe you can just delete my ESP without any ill effects

Fixes Riverwood Trader having 20 times the intended amount of extra gold with the Investor Perk - i.e. 10750 instead of 1250.

Conflicts with any other mod that alters the Riverwood Trader inventory.
E.g. Midas Magic (Vendor Version)
