About this mod

This mod tweaks most of the master level spells to make them useful. I decided to do this because I found myself using experts as my go-to spells even though I had the masters available.

Details

Key:
Single Hand Equipable (instead of default both hands) = SE
Dualcast Enhanced (with appropriate perk) = DC
Level X Default = base spell (before perks) now effects up to level X enemies

Illusion - Mayhem, Harmony, Hysteria (SE, DC, lvl 35 default)

Restoration -baneoftheundead (SE, DC, lvl40 default)

Alteration - no changes here (I think 22sec mass par. is a bit op as it stands)

Destruction - Light Storm (SE, DC, +5 base dmg per sec) Fire Storm (SE, DC, +25 base dmg across the board) Blizzard (SE, DC, +15 base dmg per sec, 5sec paralysis w/ deep freeze)

Conjuration - Dead Thrall - Level 99 Default

Note: I allowed the CK to auto-scale the magicka costs with the power increases, so you'll probably need enchanted armor to dual cast these.

I don't recommend dual casting separate master spells (eg. Mayhem in one hand, Harmony in the other), it works sometimes, but in most cases neither spell casts and your character stalls for a few seconds.
