This is the dungeon from the wiki tutorial for beginners. i used to mod for oblivion but im just getting used to doing it again. I added some other things from the wikis into this dungeon. For my first mod i thought i would try one of the tutorials on the creation kit page.
It is west of riverwood.

Its a lodge fit for the Dragonborn, I made it for myself since I never really liked any of the bought houses. Its not too extravagant or too simple, its a nice lodge and Im sure its got everything you'll ever need...

As always, download at your own risk, I havent had any issues but hey, stuff happens.

Captain's Cabin is a small player house located on the opposite side of Anga's Mill, across the fast flowing river that flows down through a couple of waterfalls towards Windhelm. It is comfortable and compact house most suited to a ranger/warrior character.
