I've rewritten the mod yet again, this time with an SKSE plugin: Reading Is Good (SKSE)
The biggest improvement is that it works with no patching! It now hooks into the game code where the skill level up is normally applied, so it can automatically check what skill is being leveled up and increment the corresponding leveling bonus instead.
The SKSE version is not available for VR or Classic as of yet....

Any supported armor/clothing has mod slots, go to a armor workbench and apply the skin material you want onto the armor, I know it's strange, but it's the only way to get it to work. An example of a supported armor is the Vault111 suit....

I've spent a day scratching this. In this very brief guide I'm going to go over a few of the more popular glitches I've encountered, and how I've solved them, including but not limited to the pipboy glitches, preset glitches, hair and eyebrow glitches, head colour glitches, etc.
Mod List Advice
Buffout 4
There are two mods that can majorly screw this mod up that I found in my modlist. The first is Buffout 4, which can cause massive issues with Looksmenu. If you have Buffout4 installed and try to activate an IKAROS profile, you'll crash instantly.
Fortunately this is an easy solve:
Go to F4SE\Plugins\Buffout4.toml,
Open the file in Notepad.

Upcoming Changes For 1.1.6
In the last update I fixed most of the bugs that I could fix and I added some much needed quality of life changes. In my eyes there isn't too many things left to do in this mod from a technical standpoint. My current goals for the next update is to better implement how things fit into the world and work on how they're presented.
This means you'll see a few more dogs with bandits, zombie dogs in crypts, and other types of dogs where appropriate. I'll also be adding in the rest of the stray dogs that I wasn't able to do last time. I'm not flooding the world with dogs though, that's out of the scope of what I had planned for this mod. Skyrim Immersive Creatures, Beasts of Skyrim, any of Mihail's mods, and Skytest are all great options if you ...
This mod took quite some time to development mainly due to me procrastinating but besides that it is finally released. I want to do some mentions here and thank the modding community as a whole helping me figure out were OSTs were placed and their tools to make this possible.
And I'll be releasing a 1.0.1 later this year hopefully or by at least next year.

FaceGen can be a relatively confusing discussion with a new modder, or sometimes an experienced one. With this guide, I will take you through the basics of creating a custom FaceGen with two or more Character Appearance mods, such as HMB II and VHR.
Some reasons you may want to create your own FaceGen Data could be because you have the brown face issue, or you would like to merge the use of one mod with another and maintain it's original function.
Note that this guide will be based around users who are using Mod Organizer 2 and have a decent amount of knowledge on using it. Otherwise, seek another guide for using MO2 and preparing xEdit and the Creation Kit before using this guide.

One common criticism of my two mods are that since they change some places in Nuka-World, there can be loss of sprinting, FPS issues and graphical issues sometimes. The way for me to solve all of the issues is to regenerate precombines and previs for both mods.
Bethesda's generator that was released to generate precombines and previs, is a very buggy tool. I had stairs break until a very clever user told me of a workaround to exclude them. I often have to generate the necessary optimisations more than once and cross my fingers that it worked. Now, with recent developments in this area, I am seeing some progress although due to the buginess of the tools, it will unfortunately be slower than I would like it to be.

I will not be working on this mod anymore i just cant figure out how to use the creation kit i even used fo4edit i cant figure it out now i hope that someone will want to try and finish my work you can even take the credit i dont care I honestly wanted to see my dream brotherhood mod become a reality. MOST issues can be resolved by CAREFULLY reading the description:
1. Don't use this mod on a pirated copy, it probably won't work (i.e. the addresses are different), and no, I can't fix it as I develop and test on a legal, vanilla copy of the game
2. "If I change outfits at the beginning of the game, it doesn't show" -> The mod only works on the DEFAULT outfits for each character, so say, if Luminary isn't wearing his purple tunic, it won't change his appearance. You'll need to get further into the game (see link above for more details on these occurances).
