I decided to expand this mod even more, thanks to the good feedback people are providing. My idea is to improve the performance in mods that add new houses and places to the world of Skyrim.
If you made a mod that add new places to the game or would like to see your favorite mod running with higher frames, report the mods link in this article and i will take a look at the mod and contact the author for permissions to provide an optimized version.

ps: can the Occlusion Culling technique be used inside Cities ? ex. Whiterun, and Windhelm... especially whiterun... but without like removing what you usually see from within the city... mountains, the tops of buildings.. when i mean usually see, i mean what u see when descending from dragonsreach... not what you see if you go up to the wall on purpose to check if the exterior is there. just a wonder. thx !
This one needs a beastly good graficcard, so maybe you could take a look on it and improve the perfomance, thx^^
Outdoor FPS is very low

I don't get much of a performance hit but all the same its good to have some backup just in case.
Unplayable? The mod works fine for me. Framerate is just fine as well. Your rig must be the issue.
This is a huge castle with lots of effects. Gorgeous and very customizable but has horrible frame rate. Too much in each area. If you could take a look at it and maybe help the guy with your technique it would help him tremendously. As it is right now, such a gorgeous build but unplayable.

Its a popular mod that struggles on lower end PCs, like mine, where in some areas it can go down to like 20 in terms of framerates.
I second a nomination for for taking the cully knife to this mod.
I think that the whole second floor is a mess with light sources from ground level breaking through the flooring.
No matter where in that house I am, I ALWAYS know what direction the fireplace is. My FPS drops are super clear about that.
