Removes the high pitch sound of equipped healing spells.

Description:
Removes the annoying constant high pitch sound of equipped in-hand healing spells.
This one does actually make that aspect of the spells totally silent.
All other sound aspects of the healing spell remain.
It uses an "empty" .wav file, with no sound.
The files have some size though, because simple empty 0kb wav files would crash the game.
Installing:
Place in the folder in program files (x86) called: "\\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data"
