Garrisons Blade from Battle Chasers. Sword can be crafted, upgraded and enchanted. Dmg is around 21. can adjust if u want.
For people who hate crafting, the Sword can be found behind the wall in front of the inn in Riverwood in a little box ;).

Any feedback about dmg and speed would be nice.
